Belum Rainforest Resort, Gerik

This resort has immense potential due to its beautiful surroundings and well-maintained facilities. However, my stay was overshadowed by poor service and inadequate dining options. While the rooms can be enjoyable, the overall experience left much to be desired, especially for families. It's a mixed bag with some bright spots but significant room for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at the resort, surrounded by breathtaking nature and various activities to enjoy. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when I faced a minor issue with my motorcycle. While I found the rooms to be clean and well-designed, some maintenance issues in the resort need attention for a more seamless experience. The dining options were quite good, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the activities available.

The resort offers a tranquil escape with stunning views, especially from the infinity pool. My room was spacious and comfortable, making it a great spot to unwind. However, the dining experience was lacking, particularly in meat quality, and the facilities appeared in need of maintenance. The remote location adds to the charm but could be inconvenient for some guests.

The outdoor activities and spa services are highlights, though be prepared for inconveniences with service and dining.
